DETAILS:

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 AM-10:30 AM
• $16.00 HR plus full benefits-Weekly payroll
• 7 DELIVERY STOPS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clean MVR & background, 21+, 3+ years driving experience.

Your ability to coach, lead, and enhance drivers’ productivity is an essential quality for the successful candidate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The ideal candidate will be adaptable with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. As a Lead Driver, you will assist in training new delivery professionals, and coach current delivery professionals to new levels of on-time performance and service excellence. You will assist the Terminal Manager and Supervisor with any and all daily tasks associated with running an efficient and effective operation. This includes routine clerical and administrative responsibilities as well as physical duties associated with dock/warehouse work and running routes as needed. Must have an active D.O.T. card and minimum 1 year delivery experience with 26’or 16′ Box truck.

LEAD DRIVER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training new Drivers
• Covering Open Routes
• Route Audits
• Hot Shot Product Runs when needed
• AM Warehouse Operations

• Requires driving for a minimum of 3 hours per day and a potential of up to 10 hours per day depending on the route
• Excellent Customer Service and Team Player Skills
• Box Truck Drivers must possess or be able to obtain a valid DOT medical card
• Must be 20 years of age and possess a driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
