THE OPPORTUNITY:
Directlink Logistics: We are seeking a solutions-driven Corporate Accounts Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. You will play a critical role in optimizing route performance, managing
corporate accounts, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our logistics operations and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a primary contact for major corporate accounts, providing strategic guidance and problem resolution.
• Lead initiatives to improve On-Time Performance, driver productivity, and service quality.
• Exemplary analytical skills, comfortable analyzing data, and presenting findings and recommendations effectively in both verbal and written communications
• Use analytics to optimize routing and deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the executive team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with corporate decision-makers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in leveraging data for operational improvements.
• Experience with routing software is a plus, but leadership and analytical skills are essential.
• Microsoft Excell 4 years (required)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• This is a Permanent Part time Position. Not Seasonal
• Deliver medical supplies to Hospitals, and retail pharmacies. Same route every day. Same stops every day.
• Daily responsibilities include loading, unloading, and transporting materials to hospitals and pharmacies, following a dedicated route and schedule.
• Maintain required documentation and manage shipment scanning.
• The role requires physical fitness for lifting, bending, carrying, kneeling, maneuvering, reaching, and pushing/pulling items weighing 50 – 75 lbs.
• Pallet jack experience is helpful.
PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS:
• Clean MVR Report and criminal background check. No felonies pls. NC DL req’d.
• Minimum age of 21 with a driver’s license held for at least 3 consecutive years.
• 1 year (12 full months) of previous delivery experience, with experience from Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS being a significant advantage.

• Competitive compensation starting at 360 per week @ $ 12.00 per hour.
