“A New Chapter!”
March 31, 2025 is a major milestone for some true leaders of our company. Barry Kernodle will be retiring alongside Barry Marshall. Each of these two valued members of our corporate team have been a major part of my close team for more than 45 years. Roberta Carmichael retired from DirectLink after many decades of loyal employment.
I salute their years of dedicated service and commend them for performing their responsibilities in the most professional manner. Barry will remain with us on a limited basis as an advisor.
Barry Kernodle has been the voice of DirectLink to our customers for all these years as he has been our Director of Customer Service and Account Administration. Roberta was his direct assistant for most of these years. Without her support, Barry may have found his role much more difficult. Barry has shadowed my customer visits for his entire career and formed many valued relationships that promoted our success. We look forward to continuing work with Barry as a trusted advisor.
Barry Marshall, our Fleet and Safety Administrator has been instrumental in keeping our fleet well managed over the many years. His leadership over our fleet insurance, workers compensation, and other essential coverages has been incredibly valuable for our continuance of service over the many years we have been rolling over these mid-Atlantic states.
